Summer Vacation 2014: Heading to PA

Today we packed up and left the beach.

Headed to Pennsylvania. To Grandma's house we go! We drove past Phillidelphia.

We were able to stop by Mike's pool on the way home. Thanks to Shirl and Leah!! We swam a little while waiting for Grandma to get off work.

Isaac did several flips off the diving board but I didn't get pics of him.

When we got to Grandma's house the kids found all her toys and started playing right away. She had a new girl toy for Noa.

Grandma got home from work right after we finished dinner.

She was very happy to see us!! Then she had a task for the kids. They got to help her water her garden!! Then they built a fairy garden.

Then it was time for a bedtime book.

Another great day!!!

Summer Vacation 2014: Sunday in NJ

We started our day with a beach photo shoot. Mom got a little frustrated but I ended up get some good shots! Photos to come!!!

Jay was craving a cheese steak so we walked down the street for lunch. It was yummy!!

Next door was my favorite, a bakery!!

I got a cannoli and Noa and Elijah got chocolate covered pretzels. Dad took Isaac down the street for an Italian ice.

After lunch and dessert we headed to the beach.

Today was a true ocean day!! The kids spent as much if not more time in the water as in the sand! They are now ocean pros!! Noa and Elijah were jumping the waves by themselves. And Isaac was diving in the waves and swimming up to jump the next one!! We dug big holes in the sand and everyone got buried.

Time for dinner. Hungry tired kids.

Dad had to have ice cream on his last night at the beach (well this beach...) so we headed down to the yummy ice cream shop. Isaac did not make it for ice cream. He fell asleep before the adults finish dinner!
