Vacation Day 2 - Saturday

Today was another fun filled day! We went to see Jack and the Beanstalk at an outside theater put on by the Children's theatre. It was very cute but also very hot! 

After Jack and the Beanstalk we went to the Bethany Beach Firehall. The kids got to see all the fire trucks and get in them. They met a few firemen. One fireman let them try on his fire outfit! Very cool!!

They also got fire hats. 

After the fire hall, Jay went for a Philly Cheese Steak while we to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. We ate at the Penguin Diner. The kids had Ice Cream while Kathy and I ate lunch.

Isaac drew a picture of a penguin to hang at the Penguin Diner. 

Later we went to James Farm.  We went on a little hike to the bay out at James Farm. The kids swam and played in the water.  The water was very shallow, so the kids got to go very far out and could still touch.  We saw lots of horseshoe crabs. Noa, mom, Elijah and dad went on kayak rides. The kayak company was setting up the kayaks for a full moon night ride. They were very nice and let us take out two to the kayaks before their group got there. Isaac was finding lots of hermit crabs while we took the kayaks out. 

We ended the day with a big bath!!
