Vacation Day 5 - Tuesday

Today was our last day in Delaware. The boys woke up ready to go fishing. They went out to check their Fishing poles and didn't find much. Noa did have an eel but she was sleeping so they had to wait for her to wake up to see it. When she woke up they pulled up the crab cage and they caught two crabs. They got out before Jay could bring the cage all the way up.

Me and Noa in our bandanas.

We went to breakfast at a good local place. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, Philly cheese omelet... Yummy!!
Elijah's napkin hat.

After breakfast, Kathy arranged for us to get a tour of the police department. The kids got to see a police car, get in, push buttons, turn on the siren, wear police jackets, get a tour of the police office and meet the chef.
In the back of the police car.
Touring the police department.

Noa and Isaac in the questioning room;)

They locked Kathy up to the criminal bench;) They are looking sad because she's locked up;) ha!

After the police department we went home and got all packed. Then we went to a water park and rode the bumper boats and
got soaked!! ;) This was before the bumper boats.

After cooling down a little we changed and headed to the ferry.

We were early so we planned to get something to eat with Grandpa and Kathy  before getting on the ferry. But we ended up getting on an earlier ferry! We drove up to give them our ticket and they put us straight on the 2:45 ferry. As we were trying to figure out what was going on, grandpa and Kathy came over to say goodbye. And before long we were driving on the ferry!!

The kids all got a pretzel on the ferry.

The kids did great on the ferry! They were tired and wanted to stay inside more than walk around the deck.

Before long we were in New Jersey.

We made it to our next stop, Brigantine, NJ to see Tom, Shirl and family. The kids enjoyed meeting Leah, Mikaila's daughter, she is the same age as Isaac. We all ate at an Italian restaurant for dinner. Then headed home for bed.
